	Panal Freighters Limited offices are bursting with excitement and jubilation. This is because of the good news that the staff received, of being awarded the ISO 9001: 2008 Certificate. There is a great sense of achievement among the Management and staff, having gone through the internal awareness and training process that comes with this Certification. The Managing Director/ CEO Mr. Ahmed M. Shimbwa, acknowledged the efforts of the staff, who had worked hard and contributed to make this journey a success. He also acknowledged the positive contributions made by the Lead Auditor Mr. Kuldip Degon, who took the team through the required trainings and monitored the set up processes upto confirmed certification.

	The Panal Freighters Limited Staff were treated to a tour around the Port of Mombasa. This was very enlightening, in terms of viewing the services offered by the Kenya Port as well as having the opportunity to follow up some of their shipments first-hand. As a firm, we are continuously in touch with the Industry Stakeholders to keep abreast of new Developments as they unfold.
	Welcome Nakuru and Kisumu Branch
	Panal Freighters Limited opens New Nakuru and Kisumu Branch. This is part of our on-going expansion plan for 2011, to open new branches across the country and beyond its borders. It spells out our commitment to foster an excellent management even in our branch offices that can maintain the right service under a large market share, as stated in our objectives.
	Acquisition of New Trucks
	Panal Freighters Limited acquires New trucks as part of our fleet expansion program for this year to increase our fleet by 75 new trucks. This will enable us to carry increased cargo. This has a multiple effect because the qualified staffs are promoted internally to become drivers while opportunities for increased qualified employment are also created.
	Staff Training Programs
	Panal Freighters Limited staffs from different departments attend trainings and workshops during the first quarter of this year, on diverse topical issues as part of our Quarterly Staff Training Program.
