IMPORT/EXPORT/TRANSIT GOODS DOCUMENTS

Depending on the nature of your needs the following are required

Import Goods

1. Original bill of lading - 2 copies one with endorsement at the back
2. Commercial /proforma invoice
3. Packing list
4. IDF/ Receipt
5. Original Logbook in case of a motor vehicle
6. Copy of certificate of registration/incorporation where the consignee is a company, and a copy of Passport where the importer is an individual
7. Certificate of origin
8. Certificate of Conformity where applicable

Transit Goods

1. Bill of lading
2. Commercial/proforma invoice
3. Packing list
4. Original logbook in case of a motor vehicle
5. Certificate of registration/incorporation where the consignee is a company or a copy of a passport in case the consignee is an individual.

Export Goods

1. Certificate of origin issued by the local Ministry of trade, Commerce and Industry.
2. Proforma invoice
3. Packing List
4. Exporters PIN Certificate
