CLEARING AND FORWARDING DIVISION

The clearing and forwarding division has competent management team that has intelligence and organizational skill to build a good future for the company. The support staff that number over thirty are inventive and creative. This is a team that can handle the difficult out-front jobs where boldness, courage, fearlessness coupled with originality is required.

The company is located at Panal Plaza, right in the heart of Mombasa Island along the busy Haile Selassie Road, just behind the famous Royal Court Hotel. The ideal location makes Panal Freighters Limited one of the most easily accessed by clients abounds the Kilindini harbour. Panal plaza is a five minutes drive to both Port and Customs. With this kind of proximity, processing of clearing documents and declaration is undertaken within the shortest time frame and, which is to the advantage of the client. The company is well represented both at port and at customs by men and women of professional integrity, whilst our office being fully equipped with the recent IT infrastructures, and with the transport division being well linked to the Head office.

TRANSPORT DIVISION

The division has its own independent management, with its own operation budget therefore making it independent and efficient. It is a computerized division connected to the outside world via internet facility, telephone landlines and mobile phones. It is 24 hours office operations, meaning that both clients and our company can maintain constant communication when and where necessary particularly to keep track of their consignments.

TRUCK DRIVERS

Our drivers are properly trained and regularly assessed to ensure they are up-to-date. We emphasize on accident free drivers upon recruitment, and who must be of clean records.

TRANSPORT YARD

In order to serve the large number of our clients effectively and efficiently, the company recently acquired a five acres yard, and where it has put up storage facilities.

The yard is located at the famous Port Reitz area, within Mombasa mainland west. This is the area that is almost synonymous with transport, with almost every transport company having its yard here.

FLEET

The company operates a fleet of (87) eighty seven trucks, very modern and newly acquired. They are the most modern Mercedes Actros, Scania and Renaults and the African designed Nissan 'Ndovu'. To make them reliable, the company has invested heavily in ensuring that they are regularly serviced by competent mechanics. The company has a wider demographic and geographic presence covering East and Central Africa region, making it the most reliable logistics provided.
